When you order a study set from one of our galleries you will receive one set that consists of floorplans and elevations (usually at 1/8” = 1’-0”) with square footage, minimal dimensions, and general notes about the detail included in the construction sets. The cost for a study set will vary with the size of the home. To purchase from the Cottage Galleries is $ .04 per square foot and from the Heritage Galleries is $ .05 per square foot. Example: A 2000 sq ft home x .05 = $100.00.
No refunds are available on the purchase of study sets.
However, the cost of a study set can be applied toward the cost of a full set of construction documents for that design.
To order, fill in an
order inquiry form which will be e-mailed to David James AIBD, owner/designer of Once Upon A Cottage. You should recieve a return inquiry, usually by phone, within one or two business days. When you are ready to purchase, we will email you a copy of the design purchase agreement (review agreement now) and you will be able to pay us directly by check or money order. Study sets should be received within seven working days of purchase. (inquire about expedited shipping)
