When you order a design from the Arch. Detail Gallery you will receive large scale architectural detail drawings that are detailed and dimensioned with appropriate views for construction. A variety of arch. detail designs mean a variety of drawing types and styles in order to make reproduction by a builder or manufacturer possible in each case. Also, because of the variety in the gallery, pricing will be on an individual design basis - each design should have an accompanying price found in the gallery with the design illustrations. Special prices are available for sets of details (most often defined by a style and/or a home design it is taken from) - specify in the inquiry form any interest in sets.
To order, fill in an
order inquiry form which will be e-mailed to David James AIBD, owner/designer of Once Upon A Cottage. You should recieve a return inquiry, usually by phone, within one or two business days. When you are ready to purchase, we will email you a copy of the design purchase agreement (review agreement now) and you will be able to pay us directly by check or money order. Arch. detail drawing sets should be received within seven working days of purchase. (inquire about expedited shipping)
